JOE FLACCO’S WIFE GAVE BIRTH TO SON AN HOUR BEFORE KICKOFF - Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco’s wife, Dana, gave birth to the couple’s second baby, a boy, about an hour before the game, according to several reports.



Flacco got the news about the couple’s second child during warmups. He’s playing today against the Cleveland Browns at M&T Bank Stadum in Baltimore.



Ravens’ spokesman Kevin Byrne said Flacco arrived at the stadium this morning and announced his wife might have the baby today. Not long after, she did.



But Flacco never considered skipping today’s game against the Browns. It’s a big day all around for the Ravens’ Super Bowl MVP. The Ravens are unveiling their Super Bowl banner in pre-game festivities today.



Flacco is likely to be in a hurry after the game to be with his growing family. The child was always due this month, but arrived roughly a week earlier than anticipated. (Photo: Evan Habeeb/USA Today Sports)
